Highmark Marketing Inc. has announced a split of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of four (4) new shares for one (1) old share. 

The common shares of the Company will commence trading on a split basis at the opening, November 27, 2014.  Disclosure documents are available at www.theCSE.com
