The common shares of Shoal Point Energy Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNSX. &nbsp;Following an amalgamation with Allied Northern Capital Corporation, the Company has approximately 114 million common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 105 million shares.
Shoal Point is currently engaged in oil and gas exploration, development, production, and acquisitions in Canada, specifically in Atlantic Canada.
