Le 23 janvier/January 2018

	Shoal Point Energy Ltd. has announced a Rights Offering to holders of its common shares in Canada at the close of business on the record date of January 26, 2018, on the basis of one right for each pre-consolidated common share held. Each right will entitle the holder to subscribe for one pre-consolidation common shares of the Company upon payment of the subscription price of $0.002 per Common shares. Upon the consolidation becoming effective, the terms of the rights shall be adjusted to reflect the consolidation such that 25 rights will be exercisable for one post-consolidation common share at $0.05 per share.

	A bulletin for the Consolidation will be issued separately.

	The Rights will not be listed on the Exchange.

	Shoal Point Energy Ltd. a annoncé un placement de droits aux porteurs de ses actions ordinaires au Canada à la fermeture des bureaux à la date de clôture des registres, le 26 janvier 2018, sur la base d'un droit pour chaque action ordinaire pré-consolidée détenue. Chaque droit conférera à son détenteur le droit de souscrire à une action ordinaire de la Société avant le regroupement moyennant le paiement du prix de souscription de 0,002 $ par action ordinaire. Au moment de l'entrée en vigueur de la consolidation, les modalités des droits seront ajustées pour tenir compte de la consolidation, de sorte que 25 droits pourront être exercés pour une action ordinaire après consolidation à 0,05 $ par action.

	Un bulletin pour la consolidation sera publié séparément. 

	Les droits ne seront pas répertoriés sur l'échange.
