	The common shares of Canadian Overseas Petroleum Limited, have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://thecse.com/en/listings/oil-and-gas/canadian-overseas-petroleum-limited">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	Canadian Overseas Petroleum Limited (the “Company”) is an international oil and gas exploration and development company that is currently focused in Africa. The Company is actively pursuing opportunities in Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa in partnership with Shoreline Energy International Limited (“Shoreline”) as part of its strategy to generate stable cash flow from secure offshore and onshore assets. The Company and Shoreline, through their jointly-held affiliated company Shoreline Canadian Overseas Petroleum Development Corporation (“ShoreCan”), have acquired 80% of the share capital, subject to the receipt of formal consent from NNPC, and have taken over the management of Essar Exploration and Production Limited (Nigeria) (“Essar Nigeria”). Essar Nigeria holds an attractive oil appraisal and development project in shallow to mid-water offshore Nigeria on its 100% holding in OPL 226. ShoreCan continues building a portfolio of exploration and development assets in sub-Saharan Africa. To date, ShoreCan has taken a position in Nigeria and the Company and Shoreline have been awarded the PT-5B exploration license onshore Mozambique in the 5th Licensing Round adjacent to the producing PandeTemane Gas and light oil field complex.

La société recherche activement des opportunités au Nigeria et en Afrique subsaharienne en partenariat avec Shoreline Energy International Limited («Shoreline») dans le cadre de sa stratégie visant à générer des flux de trésorerie stables à partir d'actifs sécurisés offshore et onshore. La société et Shoreline, par l’intermédiaire de leur société affiliée détenue conjointement, Shoreline, de la «ShoreCan», ont acquis 80% du capital-actions, sous réserve de l’approbation formelle de la NNPC, et ont repris la gestion de Essar Exploration and Production Limited (Nigéria) («Essar Nigeria»). Essar Nigeria détient un projet intéressant d'évaluation et de mise en valeur de pétrole dans les eaux peu profondes ou semi-offshore du Nigeria, dans le cadre de sa participation à 100% dans OPL 226. ShoreCan continue de constituer un portefeuille d'actifs d'exploration et de développement en Afrique subsaharienne. À ce jour, ShoreCan a acquis une position au Nigéria et la société et Shoreline ont obtenu la licence d’exploration PT-5B au Mozambique lors de la cinquième session de concession de licences adjacente au complexe de production de champs de gaz et de pétrole léger PandeTemane.
