	Silver Phoenix Resources Inc. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation share for each one point four five (1.45) pre-consolidation common shares.&nbsp;

	As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 13,557,829.

	The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on February 28, 2019.

	The name and symbol will not change.

	Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on February 27, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

	Silver Phoenix Resources Inc. a annoncé la consolidation de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base d'une (1) action post-consolidation pour chaque point quatre cinq (1,45) actions ordinaires antérieures à la consolidation.

	En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 13 557 829.

	Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 28&nbsp;février 2019.

	Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.

	Veuillez noter que toutes les commandes en cours seront annulées à la fin des activités le 27&nbsp;février 2019. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de ressaisir leurs commandes en tenant compte de la consolidation des actions.
