Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc  has announced a name and symbol change to Core One Labs Inc. (COOL)

Core One Labs has also announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of six (6) pre-consolidation shares for every one (1) post-consolidation common share.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 23,244,199.

The shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol on a consolidated basis with a new CUSIP number on September 6, 2019.

Core One Labs a également annoncé un regroupement de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base de six (6) actions antérieures à la consolidation pour chaque (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation.

En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 23 244 199.

Les actions commenceront à être négociées sous la nouvelle dénomination et le nouveau symbole sur une base consolidée avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 6 septembre 2019.
