2019-1011 – Name Change and Consolidation - Theramed Health Corporation (TMED)

Theramed Health Corporation  has announced a name and symbol change to EGF Theramed Health Corp.  

The symbol will remain (TMED).

Theramed Health has also announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one hundred (100) pre-consolidation shares for every one (1) post-consolidation common share.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 1,116,912.

The shares will begin trading under the new name and on a consolidated basis with a new CUSIP number on October 24, 2019.

Theramed Health a également annoncé la consolidation de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base de cent (100) actions antérieures à la consolidation pour une (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation.

En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 1 116 912.

Les actions commenceront à être négociées sous la nouvelle dénomination et sur une base consolidée avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 24 octobre 2019.
