	The common shares of Doseology Sciences Inc. have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	Listing and disclosure documents will be available at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.thecse.com/en/listings/diversified-industries/doseology-sciences-inc">www.thecse.com</a>&nbsp;on the trading date.

	The Company is a British Columbia-based, diversified life sciences company with four distinct business elements: (1) Functional Mushroom products that are focused on the health and wellness markets; (2) Canadian Federal Nursery License holder for an indoor cannabis nursery for the cultivation and sale of cannabis mothers and clones in Canada; (3) the Company intends to establish and operate a clinic in Portland, Oregon, which will serve as a proof-of-concept clinic for the Company to offer treatment using Psychedelic Compounds; and (4)&nbsp; the Company has filed an application with Health Canada to become a “Licensed Dealer” under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (Canada) which would permit the laboratory analysis of psilocybin and psilocin from mushrooms, as well as the possession, processing, sale, sending, transportation and delivery of Psychedelic Compounds.

	La Société est une société diversifiée des sciences de la vie basée en Colombie-Britannique avec quatre éléments d’affaires distincts : (1) des produits de champignons fonctionnels axés sur les marchés de la santé et du mieux-être; (2) Titulaire d’une licence de pépinière fédérale canadienne pour une pépinière intérieure de cannabis pour la culture et la vente de mères et de clones de cannabis au Canada;&nbsp;(3) la Société a l’intention d’établir et d’exploiter une clinique à Portland, en Oregon, qui servira de clinique de preuve de concept pour la Société afin d’offrir un traitement utilisant des composés psychédéliques; et (4) la Société a déposé une demande auprès de Santé Canada pour devenir un « distributeur autorisé » en vertu de la Loi sur les drogues et substances contrôlées (Canada)&nbsp;qui permettrait l’analyse en laboratoire de la psilocybine et de la psilocine à partir de champignons, ainsi que la possession, le traitement, la vente, l’envoi, le transport et la livraison de composés psychédéliques.
