	The common shares of ASEP Medical Holdings Inc. have been approved for listing on the CSE.

	ASEP Medical Holdings Inc. has invested in two development stage companies, ABT Innovations Inc. (ABT) and Sepset Biosciences Inc. (Sepset). This consolidation is pursuing the commercialization of proprietary Peptide Technologies by ABT for the treatment of a broad range of infectious diseases, and a novel diagnostic kit developed by Sepset for predicting the early onset of severe sepsis and related organ failure.
