		Le 11 octobre/October 2022

		Troy Minerals Inc. has announced a&nbsp;two and a half to one (2.5:1) share split of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares. Each shareholder of record of the Company as of the close of business on the record date will receive one and a half (1.5) additional shares for each share held.

		The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on October 12, 2022.

		Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 35,767,750 shares issued and outstanding.

		The CUSIP and ISIN will remain the same.

		All open orders will be purged from the book at the market close on October 11, 2022. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the 2.5 for 1 stock split.

		Troy Minerals Inc. a annoncé un fractionnement de deux actions et demie pour une (2,5:1) des actions ordinaires émises et en circulation de la Société. Chaque actionnaire inscrit de la Société à la fermeture des bureaux à la date d'enregistrement recevra une action et demie (1,5) supplémentaire pour chaque action détenue.

		Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base fractionnée (hors distribution) le 12 octobre 2022.

		À la fin de la scission, il y aura environ 35 767 750 actions émises et en circulation.

		Le CUSIP et l'ISIN resteront les mêmes.

		Tous les ordres ouverts seront purgés du livre à la clôture du marché le 11 octobre 2022. Il est rappelé aux concessionnaires de saisir à nouveau leurs ordres en tenant compte du fractionnement d'actions 2,5 pour 1.
