	Dark Star Minerals Inc. is a mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of mineral projects containing base and precious metals, including platinum group elements, and lithium. The Issuer’s principal property is the Logan REE Property, which is in the exploration stage and is expected to be conducted by and through Off-Piste Opportunities (II) Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer.
