Hilltop Cybersecurity Inc. has announced a name and symbol change to Gallagher Security Corp. (GLL)

Hilltop Cybersecurity has also announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 7,597,018.

The shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol and on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on June 20, 2019.

Hilltop Cybersecurity a également annoncé une consolidation de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base d'une (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation pour dix (10) actions ordinaires antérieures à la consolidation.

En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 7 597 018.
