2019-1021 - Changement et consolidation du nom et du symbole - Trackloop Analytics Corp. (TOOL)

Trackloop Analytics Corp.  has announced a name and symbol change to Tracker Ventures Corp. (TKR). And a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of twenty (20) pre-consolidation shares for every one (1) post-consolidation common share.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 3,212,632.

The shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol on a consolidated basis with a new CUSIP number on October 25, 2019.

Trackloop Analytics Corp. a annoncé un changement de nom et de symbole pour Tracker Ventures Corp. (TKR). Et une consolidation de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base de vingt (20) actions antérieures à la consolidation pour chaque (1) action ordinaire post-consolidation.

En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront ramenées à environ 3 212 632.
