2021-0321 - Réactivation, Changement de Nom et de Symbole - Graphite Energy Corp. (GRE.X)

Graphite Energy Corp. (the "Company") has provided information satisfactory to the Exchange that it meets the continuous listing requirements, and the inactive designation therefore will be removed.  As part of the reactivation, the company will change its name and symbol to Australian Goldfields Limited (AUGF).

Full details are provided in the company's updated Form 2A Listing Statement.

The shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol on March 15, 2021.
